Her experience in marketing & business development is the foundation that drives her passion for helping the community and advocating for Alaskans. Ashley has been the project manager on many fundraising & marketing campaigns, she has strong skills in event planning, and building consumer relationships. Her positive can do attitude, makes her a great asset to the team at AHBA!

“Work hard; play hard” - Kirsten and her four daughters arrived in Alaska in 2001 and haven’t looked back since! Originally an “IT Geek” compliments of her Air Force career, and holding a Masters in Project Management, Kirsten brings a unique blend of experience in IT, Operations, Facility Management, Fire Service, and Sales & Marketing to the table. In her “off” time, she runs her Strategic Planning company, chases her grandkids around, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast ready for the next spur-of-the-moment adventure.

Originally born and raised in California, Sarah has been in Alaska for 14 years now. She has been the EO for the Mat-Su Home Builders Association for 7 years. She recently spent a legislative session in Juneau learning more about Alaska's policy process. When out of the office, Sarah enjoys hiking with her pup, traveling and baking.
